I've Been Waiting for the Proper Time for This Trade All Year

And a quick follow up to recent stocks for which I've issued a buy opinion

There has been a trade I’ve been keeping an eye on for the entirety of this year for the proper time to enter and I told myself, if certain conditions materialized, no matter if US stock market indexes were crashing or rising, it would make a solid trade. I’ve been patiently waiting for those conditions to manifest all year and they have now arrived.
